Refund Policy
Last updated · May 2026
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and returns work for purchases made through BéKa Studio.
1. Payment provider
Payments made on this website are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, tax calculation, invoices, eligible returns and refund processing.
If you need payment or refund support for an order processed by Paddle, you may contact us at hello@bekastudio.co or contact Paddle through paddle.net.
2. Service reservations
Service reservations are refundable for 14 days from purchase, provided we have not yet started design, development, research, strategy or production work for your project.
After work has started, refunds are assessed based on the work already completed, time reserved for your project and any statutory rights that apply. If a partial refund is appropriate, we will explain the calculation clearly before it is processed.
3. Monthly retainers
Retainer commitment fees reserve studio capacity and are credited toward the first month of the retainer as described at checkout. If you cancel before work begins, the commitment fee may be refundable within the 14-day window. Once retainer work has started, refunds are assessed based on completed work and reserved time.
Ongoing monthly retainer fees are not refunded for periods where work has already been delivered or studio time has already been reserved, except where required by law.
4. Digital products
Digital products and template files are reviewed case by case. If a file is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a replacement, technical support or an eligible refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@bekastudio.co with your name, order email, purchase date and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds available after the refund is issued.
