Specialised package

All timelines include up to three rounds of revisions. Anything that is not functioning correctly is fixed without limit and does not count as a revision round. The timeline starts at kickoff, which happens once we have received your complete brief, brand assets, copy and any images you want to use. We cannot start the clock without everything we need.

You reserve your June start date with a 10% deposit and fill in our project brief. The more detail you give us here, the faster and smoother everything that follows will be.

Kickoff and build, 30 days

Once we have all your content, assets and approvals, we begin. From kickoff to a complete, tested website is 30 days. That timeline only starts when we have everything we need from you, so the more prepared you are, the sooner you launch.

Trial period

Before anything goes live, you get a full trial period to review every page, test every link and request corrections. Nothing launches until you are completely happy with it. This is not a quick sign-off, it is a proper review with time built in for adjustments.

Launch and handover

Your website goes live and we hand over everything you need to manage it independently, a walkthrough, documentation and the confidence to make small updates yourself. We are available after launch for any questions.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all. We handle everything. After launch we give you a walkthrough so you can make simple updates yourself without touching any code.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts if you have them), your copy (the text for each page) and any images you want to use. We will send you a detailed brief after you reserve.

What happens during the trial period?

You get a preview link and test everything, every page, every link, every form, on desktop and mobile. You send us your feedback and we fix everything before anything goes live.

Can I add pages after launch?

Yes. Additional pages are quoted separately or covered by a monthly retainer if you have one.

What platform is the website built on?

Lovable. It is a modern no-code builder that produces fast, beautiful websites. After handover you can make simple edits yourself or leave it with us on a retainer.

How payment works

Every project is split into three payments. A small deposit today secures your spot and gets you into the queue. The midpoint payment is due when the first phase is complete and approved. The final payment releases everything: your live site, all files and your domain.

When do I receive the midpoint and final payment links?

The midpoint payment link is emailed to you once phase one of your project is complete and approved. The final payment link arrives by email when the project is complete and ready for handover. Both links are sent from hello@bekastudio.co.

Which payment methods can I use?

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or direct bank transfer (SEPA in Europe). For larger projects we can also arrange a manual bank-transfer invoice on request.

Is the 10% deposit refundable?

Your deposit is fully refundable for 14 days as long as we have not yet started design work. After kickoff, the deposit is credited toward your final total but is no longer refundable, since it has reserved studio time on your behalf.

What if I need to change scope mid-project?

Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are always welcome and included. If you would like to add pages, products or features beyond the original brief, we will quote the extra work in writing and add it to your final invoice. Never a surprise charge.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You can cancel any time before kickoff for a full refund of your deposit. Once we have begun work, you only pay for the time and assets already produced. We will share a clear summary, refund the unused balance of your midpoint payment if applicable, and hand over everything completed so far.

Do you send proper invoices and receipts?

Yes. Every payment automatically generates a VAT-compliant Portuguese receipt sent straight to your inbox. If you need a custom invoice for accounting purposes, just reply to any email from us and we will issue one within one business day.

Are prices in euros and do they include tax?

All prices on this page are in euros (EUR). For clients inside Portugal, Portuguese VAT is added at checkout. EU business clients with a valid VAT number and clients outside the EU are billed without VAT under the reverse-charge rule.

How are monthly retainers billed?

Monthly retainers are charged in full on the first business day of each month using the card you set up at signup. You can pause or cancel any retainer with 14 days' notice. No long contracts, ever.

Third-party platform costs, including your domain, Shopify plan and any apps, are discussed and agreed during step 1 so you have a clear picture of your total investment before we begin.

A few things to know before we start.

Our service fees cover everything we build for you. There are a few third-party costs that are billed directly by the platforms we use, and we want you to know about them upfront so there are no surprises after launch.

Your domain name

A custom domain (such as yourbusiness.com) is registered and renewed directly with a domain registrar, not through us. Domain costs are typically €10 to €20 per year depending on the extension you choose. We will guide you through the process, but the cost is yours directly.

Shopify subscription and apps

Running a Shopify store requires a monthly Shopify plan, starting from €29 per month on the Basic plan. Some features, such as advanced file delivery, upsell tools or email marketing, may require additional Shopify apps, each with their own monthly fee. We will always recommend the most cost-effective options and will never install an app without discussing the cost with you first.

Lovable hosting plan

Your Lovable website is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. After we hand over your project, you will need a Lovable plan to keep it live and to make edits. Lovable's plans start from a free tier for basic hosting. We will walk you through the right plan for your needs during handover.

Email and other tools

A professional email address (such as you@yourbusiness.com) is managed through a provider like Google Workspace, which starts from around €6 per month. Any other third-party tools or integrations you choose to add after launch, such as booking systems, email marketing platforms or accounting software, are billed directly by those providers.

We will always be transparent about any cost before it is incurred. If you have questions about what you will need to budget for beyond our service fee, just ask. We are happy to walk you through a realistic total cost of ownership before you commit to anything.
