BéKa Studio offers the following services: done-for-you business asset customisation, Lovable website builds, Shopify store setup, monthly maintenance retainers and digital template products sold via our shop.

All services are subject to a separate project brief and agreement confirmed at the time of booking. By placing a deposit or full payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the scope of work as described.

Our digital template products are sold as instant downloads via the checkout options shown on this website. Digital-product access and refund requests are handled according to the refund policy linked from this website and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at hello@bekastudio.co and we will resolve it promptly.

Personal use licence: unless otherwise stated, templates are licensed for personal use only.

Commercial use licence: templates marked with a commercial use licence may be used in client work. They may not be resold, redistributed or shared as standalone template files.

Done-for-you asset projects are paid in full upfront. For project-based services, websites, Shopify store setups and Complete Store builds, a 10% reservation deposit is required to confirm your booking, with 60% due at kickoff and the remaining 30% on delivery. Remaining balances are due according to the proposal, invoice or project agreement confirmed with you before work begins.

Payments on this website are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, tax calculation, invoicing, order support and returns for eligible purchases.

Refunds and cancellations: if you cancel a project before work has begun, eligible reservation payments are refundable according to our refund policy. Once work has started, refunds are assessed based on the work already produced, the time reserved and any statutory rights that apply. Completed work that has been delivered and approved is not eligible for a discretionary refund.

If you are unhappy with any delivered work, please contact us within 5 business days and we will do our best to resolve the issue within the revision rounds included in your package.

Revisions: each service package includes up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed timeline. Corrections to functionality that is not working correctly are not counted as revision rounds and are addressed without limit. Revision rounds beyond the included number are quoted separately.

All designs, templates and website builds created by BéKa Studio remain the intellectual property of BéKa Studio until full payment has been received, at which point ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client.

Our brand, logo, website content and original template designs may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, brand assets and content required for your project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late submission of materials may extend the agreed timeline. BéKa Studio is not responsible for errors in content provided by the client.

BéKa Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to services, files or project work if a client materially breaches these terms, fails to provide required information, does not pay an agreed invoice when due, or uses our work in a way that infringes intellectual-property or acceptable-use rules. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
